About Momos Recipe

My present living country is UK,Momos is spicy starter with creamy n spicy tomato sauce,

Momos

Ingredients to make Momos

  • 1/2 grated cabbage
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • 1tbsp fresh ginger garlic paste
  • 1cup wheat flour
  • 2-3red tomato
  • Crushed ginger garlic
  • salt 1tbsp
  • oil 1spoon
  • water 1/2cup
  • red chilli 5-6
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • hing 1tsp

How to make Momos

  1. Take a pan put 1spoon oil now add chopped capsicum saute for 2-3min now add ginger garlic.
  2. Add grated carrots , cabbage & cook for 4-5 min . keep aside.
  3. Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt, black pepper,oil ,mix dry ingredients.
  4. Now with the help of water make soft dough , rest it 10min.
  5. Now take a pan put oil& let it heat now add ginger garlic ,hing .
  6. Add chopped onion saute for 2min
  7. Now add tomatoes ,red chilli & salt . Cook for 10min.
  8. Now cool it completely
  9. Now in cabbage mixture mix salt & black pepper.
  10. From the dough take a small ball & make small chapati . stuff the mixture and shape them. do same with all.
  11. Now grind the tomato chutney & give tadka of hing .
  12. steam all momos for 10 min .
  13. your spicy healthy momos are ready.

My Tip:

Try wheat flour momos
