For coating the pistachios take a wok.
Add half bowl sugar syrup in it.
Now add strawberry pulp or puree in it.
Stirr it continously and make it little bit thick so that it can be coated.
Off the flame and put all the pistachios in it.
Mix it very well so that all the pistachios are coated or combined to the syrup properly.
Let them cool down.
Strawberry flavoured pistachios are ready to eat.
Now for almonds take another wok.
Add half bowl sugar syrup to it.
Now add ellaichi powder to it.
Stirr it well continously so that it does not get burnt from the bottom.
Now when it starts getting thickined put the almonds in it.
Mix it and let them combined to the syrup.
Let it cool so that the almonds are coated and gets dry.
Now colorful ellaichi flavoured almonds are ready to serve.
For cashews take another wok and add sugar syrup.
Now add gulkand in it.
Mix it very well so that the gulkand is mixed to the syrup well.
Now put all the cashews in it.
Mix it properly to combined to each other.
Let them also cool down.
Now Gulkand flavoured Cashews are ready to eat.
