About MANGO MOUSSE Recipe

A light and creamy dessert with a garnishing of fresh cream and grated dark chocolates.

MANGO MOUSSE

Ingredients to make MANGO MOUSSE

  • Ripe mangoes 4 equal to 2 cups mango purée
  • Condensed Milk 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Gelatin 2 teaspoon
  • Warm water 4 tablespoon
  • Grated dark chocolate n whipped cream for garnishing

How to make MANGO MOUSSE

  1. Peel the mangoes,remove the flesh and purée it in a blender.
  2. Add the condensed milk to it and mix it to form a smooth mixture.
  3. Add gelatin to warm water and stir it for sometime to melt.
  4. Transfer the gelatin mix to the mango purée mixture and fold it lightly.
  5. Whip the fresh cream into peaks and slowly fold into the mango - gelatin mix.
  6. Pour into small dessert bowls and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
  7. Serve chilled with dark chocolate n whipped cream.

My Tip:

Can be served with vanilla ice cream and chopped mangoes .
