Ingredients to make Chocolate Ganache

  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 200 grams low fat cream

How to make Chocolate Ganache

  1. Chop your chocolate and keep it aside in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan pour in the cream and bring it to a boil. Pour it over the chocolate. Cover with cling film and let it meld together for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate. Use as per recipe requirement.
