Ingredients to make Amti patode

  • besan 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • sugar 1 spoon
  • salt a pinch
  • red chilly powder 2 spoons
  • turmeric powder 2 spoons
  • coriander powder 1 spoon
  • coconut (dry) 1 cup
  • onions 1 cup
  • oil 1 spoon
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • coriander 1/2 cup

How to make Amti patode

  1. IN A BOWL TAKE GRAM FLOUR(BESAN)
  2. THEN ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER,SALT AND WATER
  3. MAKE A DOUGH LIKE THIS.
  4. THEN ROLL ROTI OF IT.
  5. CUT THEM IN DIAMOND SHAPE.
  6. HEAT OIL IN KADHAI.
  7. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS.
  8. ADD HING.
  9. ADD TURMERIC POWDER.
  10. ADD ONIONS.
  11. ADD GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  12. ADD COCONUT.
  13. ADD WATER.
  14. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER.
  15. ADD CORIANDER POWDER.
  16. ADD SALT.
  17. ADD SUGAR.
  18. ADD GARAM MASALA.
  19. ADD THIS DIAMON SHAPE.
