About Caramelized Mango bowl Recipe

Caramelized Mango bowl recipie is quick and easy dessert ! Perfect dish for dessert lovers as caramelized sugar enhances the sweetness of ripe mango. You can even try this dish by pouring on golden fried bread slice like sahi bread!You can also use fruits such as pineapple, Banana etc in place of Mango! Mango is seasonal fruit these days and mine favourite too so i used Mango here!

Caramelized Mango bowl

Ingredients to make Caramelized Mango bowl

  • 1 big mango cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 drops rose essence
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream

How to make Caramelized Mango bowl

  1. Heat sugar in a large skillet at medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and golden brown for few minutes.
  2. Add Mango pieces and toss to combine.
  3. Add fresh cream and Essence and keep stirring lightly.
  4. Let it Boil for few minutes stirring occasionally until mixture gets thickened .
  5. Switch off the flame and let it cool .
  6. Pour the mixture into serving bowl.

My Tip:

You can serve it chilled after refrigerating it for 2 hours.Also you may Garnish it with dry fruits and some more cream.
