About Bhindi Bhunjiya Recipe

Bhindi or Lady's finger is one of the best nutritionful vegetable and in bihar Bhindi Bhunjiya is very famous dish with is usually served with rotis or parathas.

Ingredients to make Bhindi Bhunjiya

  • bhindi or Lady's fingers 1/2 kg
  • green chillies 1 tps
  • oil for frying
  • fenugreek 1 small tps
  • turmeric Powder 1 small tps
  • chilli Powder 1 small tps
  • salt for taste

How to make Bhindi Bhunjiya

  1. Wash and Cut bhindi or Lady's fingers in fine shapes.
  2. Put oil in pan add all the ingredients and bhindi and toss properly.
  3. Leave it for 10 minutes and after that remove pan from flame and serve with your favourite dish.

My Tip:

Add extra oil while frying bhindi because its help to reduce stickness it.
