Poha & Mungfali Mixture

Ingredients to make Poha & Mungfali Mixture

  • Chidwa or Poha 1 big bowl
  • peanuts 1 small bowl
  • oil for frying
  • red chilli powder 1 tps
  • Chaat masala 1 tps
  • Black salt 1tps
  • salt for taste

How to make Poha & Mungfali Mixture

  1. Roast peanuts in oil properly for few minutes and put aside in a plate.
  2. Next roast chidwa properly for 5 minutes till turn golden colour and crispy.
  3. Now add all the ingredients in chidwa or Poha.
  4. Now serve the Poha and Mungfali Mixture with tea or coffee.

My Tip:

For make more tasty this recipe add curry leaves.
