Paneer butter masala.

Ingredients to make Paneer butter masala.

  • paneer 250grams
  • cream 1cup
  • tomato puree 1cup
  • cinnamon stick 1"pcs
  • cumin seeds 1tea spoon
  • ginger _garlic paste 1table spoon
  • Rad chilly powder1table spoon
  • turmeric powder1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam masala powder1tea spoon
  • coriander powder 1table spoon
  • Butter3tablespoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer butter masala.

  1. Heat a pan,add butter.add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree,add 1/2cup water and cook on low flame for 2_3minutes
  3. Now add all the powdered spices and mix well
  4. Add some water and salt,furthet cook on low flame till butter leaves the edges of vessel.
  5. Add cream n mix well
  6. Add paneer pieces ,adjust gravy to add alittle water
  7. Cover and cook for 2_3 minutes
  8. Serve with naan/ parathe/chapatis.
