Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup ripen mango
  2. ½ cup gram flour
  3. ¼ cup rice flour
  4. Salt ½ spoon
  5. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  6. Water for making batter
  7. Refined oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Peel mango and cut in small cubes
  2. In a bowl mix gram flour, salt and red chilli powder
  3. Add water
  4. Make thick batter like we make for fritters
  5. Heat oil
  6. Dip each mango cube in batter and deep fry in oil
  7. Take out in a paper napkin to absorb extra oil
  8. Serve hot
