  • 2 cup parboiled broccoli
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp urad daal
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1 dry red chilli
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera [cumin] powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala

How to make Healthy broccoli peas curry

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN
  2. ADD URAD DAAL AND ROAST
  3. ADD RED CHILLI,CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD JEERA AND RAI
  5. ADD CRUSHED GINGER GARLIC
  6. AND ONION ,SAUTE ALL OF THEM
  7. WHEN ONION CHANGE ITS COLOUR ADD TOMATO PUREE AND COOK FOR 5 MIN.
  8. NOW ADD CORIANDER POWDER,HALDI,JEERA POWDER
  9. AND RED CHILLI POWDER,MIX ALL OF THEM
  10. NOW ADD GREEN CHILLI
  11. ADD PEAS ,MIX THEM IN MASALA
  12. ADD PARBOILED BROCCOLI AND MIX IT CAREFULLY TO KEEP ITS FLORETS SAFE
  13. COOK FOR 3 MIN.ADD WATER
  14. NOW ADD SALT MIX AND LET IT COOK
  15. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND OUR VEGETABLE IS READY
  16. SERVE BROCALLI PEAS CURRY WITH RICE OR ROTI
