About Malpoa Recipe

Malpoa is a very famous bengali sweet .....it's made with mawoa,milk, suji, maida and sugar.

Ingredients to make Malpoa

  • Mawoa 3tbsp
  • suji 1tbsp
  • Maida1tbsp
  • Sugar1tbsp
  • Milk 3-4tbsp

How to make Malpoa

  1. Mix all this ingredients together and make a smooth batter.keep it in fridge for an hour.
  2. Make sugar syrup with 1cup sugar and 1cup water.boil it till the sugar dissolves.add some cardamom while the syrup was boiling.
  3. Now take out the batter from the fridge and wait till it comes to the room temperature.
  4. In a pan, heat ghee or oil and use some batter , make a shape then fry till it's turn into golden color.
  5. After frying the yummy malpoa soak it in sugar syrup for a while.
  6. Now your yummy delicious malpoa is ready to serve...
