About Mango Ice cream Recipe

Summer is not the same without tasting some mango ice cream and why not make at home in a easy way .

Mango Ice cream

Ingredients to make Mango Ice cream

  • 1 1/2 cups mango pulp .
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • Amul , or any whipping cream powder also can be used.
  • 1/2 cup milk powder.

How to make Mango Ice cream

  1. Blend well all ingredients one by one in the blender, first mashing the mango pulp, till smooth and creamy.
  2. Then add the condensed milk, milk powder, whipping cream ( which should have been whipped before to medium stiff peaks )
  3. Pop in the freezer, preferably over night ,
  4. Scoop out delicious mango ice cream next day..
  5. No blending required in between. If you still feel you must blend once again in between , go ahead and do it..
  6. Extra sugar has not been added as condensed milk is sweet and the mangoes are also of the sweeter variety.
  7. Garnish with mango dices for serving or a sprinkle of nuts.
