  • 1 cup chopped vegetables [potatoes, tomatoes, carrot,chili,onions]
  • 1 cup mint, coriander
  • 1 cup soaked mutter, chanadol, peanuts

  1. HEAT IN VESSEL POUR GHEE ADD MUSTARDS,JERA , CHILLI SLICES,ONION SLICES FRI AS TRANSPARENT ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  2. ADD MINT LEAVES, CORIANDER LEAVES FRI AS IT GETS NICE AROMA
  3. ADD CHOPPED CARROTS, POTATOES, TOMATO,SOAKED CHAL DAL, PEANUTS,MUTTER..POUR WATER LIKE 1:2 RICE FOR WATER ADD SALT COOK TIL 15 MIN
  4. REMOVE LID CHECK IT ONCE FOR RICE
  5. TAKE DEEP BOWL GREASE GHEE FIL RICE TURN INTO A SERVING PLATE..GARNISH WITH GHEE N MINT LEAVES..READY TO SERVE
