Mango kalakand

Ingredients to make Mango kalakand

  • Pulp of 1 alphonso mango
  • 250 gms paneer
  • 200 gms condensed milk
  • Dryfruit for garnishing
  • 1tsp milk powder
  • 1tsp ghee for greasing

How to make Mango kalakand

  1. Heat a pan and add mango pulp in it .
  2. Keep it for 2mins and add paneer condensed milk and milk powder
  3. Keep it stirring on low flame for 10 mins .Till it leaves the side
  4. Once it leaves the side allow it to cool for 2 mins
  5. Meanwhile grease plate with ghee
  6. Now add mixture from pan to greased plate and set it accordingly
  7. Add dryfruit as per your wish . I added almonds
  8. Freeze it for 5mins
  9. Remove and cut into desired shape
