Kaju, coconut cake

Ingredients to make Kaju, coconut cake

  • 1/4 kg semonella
  • 1/4 gms coconut powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 kg purpose flour
  • 1/4 gms sugar
  • 1/4 kg kaju (make powder)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100gms butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil

How to make Kaju, coconut cake

  1. Take a big mouth bowl
  2. Put butter, sugar wisk nicely
  3. Add coconut milk mix up well
  4. Along these add purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder
  5. Mix well add coconut powder
  6. Add kaju powder ,pour oil on to it
  7. Mix up without lumps
  8. Mean while preheat the pressure cooker keep a stand inside
  9. Grease the cake mould
  10. Pour batter on to it
  11. Keep cake tray in pressure cooker garnish with kaju, coconut peices
  12. Close cooker lid , remove vissle
  13. Cook until 40 min on pressure cooker at medium flame
  14. Check it once use toothpick
  15. Take into plate decorate to coconut
  16. Ready to serve

My Tip:

Coconut milk gives good taste for this cake
