About Chikoo Icecream Recipe

Chikoo is one the fruit which kids hardly interested in eating.It has a surprising number of health benefits, medicinal uses and is very nutritious.In summers,Kids favourite is Icecream.So I blend the nutritions of Chikoo with kids favourite icecream.Chikoo icecream is very rare but trust me its very tasty.

Chikoo Icecream

Ingredients to make Chikoo Icecream

  • Chikoo 4 pcs
  • Fresh cream 250 gms
  • Condensed Milk 200 gms
  • Full Fat Milk 200 ml
  • Crushed Oreo 1packet

How to make Chikoo Icecream

  1. Make puree of chikoo without adding any water in blender.Keep it aside.For smooth and silky puree use soft chikoo.
  2. In a bowl whip the cream till the soft peaks on ice bath.To this add milk maid and whisk it again.Now add milk and blend it well.
  3. Pour this mixture in a airtight conatiner.Keep the container in a freezer for atleast 2-3 hrs or it soft set.
  4. Now add chikoo puree to the semi set icecream.Whisk it with very soft hands.In another airtight container pour the 1/3 icecream.On top of icecream sprinkle few crushed oreo.Now pour another 1/3 rd icecream.Again sprinkle crushed oreo.
  5. Repeat this step 3 times.And put the icecream container in a freezer for overnight.
  6. Yummy Chikoo icecream is ready..
