This is a fusion dessert with Indo French taste. It's so easy to make and ideal dessert in summer

Mango shrikhand tartlets

Ingredients to make Mango shrikhand tartlets

  • For tarlets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 th cup chilled butter
  • 2 tsp Powdered sugar
  • For Shrikhand
  • 1 cup hung curd ( Hung for at leas 3 hrs)
  • 1/2cup mango puree
  • sugar as required depending upon sweetness of mango
  • 1/2 tsp cardomon powder
  • Chopped pistachio die garnishing

How to make Mango shrikhand tartlets

  1. For tartlets rub flour and butter attain bread crumbs consistency
  2. Add sugar and chilled water as required to bring dough together
  3. Chill dough in fridge for 20.mins
  4. Then roll and cut circles according to.size of muffin tray .
  5. Now invert muffin tray and roll circles around muffin cavities.
  6. Bake in a.preheated oven at 180 degree for 15-17 mins .
  7. Cool it once done
  8. For mango shrikhand. Take hung curd completely without water in a bowl,it will resemble paneer .
  9. Add mango puree sugar if required and cardomon powder and mix well.
  10. Now fill this mixture in prepared tartlets.Garnish with chopped pistaschos .

My Tip:

Curd should be hung for at least 3 hr other Wise it will have water content which will.nske shrikhand runny
