About Chicken Ball Recipe

This is a quick recipe of a perfect snack made with chicken to be served with tea.

Chicken Ball

Ingredients to make Chicken Ball

  • chicken paste 300 gm
  • Chopped onion 3 pcs
  • ginger garlic paste 4 tablespoon
  • salt 3 tablespoon
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • curd 100 gm
  • Crush black pepper
  • flour 2 tablespoon
  • Cornflour 2 tablespoon
  • Biscuit dust 1 tablespoon
  • egg 2 pcs
  • White oil
  • lemon juice 5 tablespoon
  • Green chilli paste

How to make Chicken Ball

  1. Make a paste of chicken and add ginger garlic paste chopped onion salt sugar crush black papper green chilli paste and lemon juice. Keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Make ball of chicken paste and make coat of egg and salt batter.
  3. Make another coat with a batter of flour cornflour salt and biscuit dust.
  4. Heat oil and put into the pan for shallow fry.
  5. When it is fried garnish with onion tomato cucumber and green chilli.
