Very authentic ancient recipe ...a kheer made with sugarcane juice and lots of dry fruits

Rasaval

Ingredients to make Rasaval

  • Sugarcane juice 400 mililitre
  • rice 1 bowl
  • Dty coconut 100 gram
  • cashews 100 gram
  • almonds 100 grams

How to make Rasaval

  1. Boil rice
  2. Boil sugarcane juice in a pot on medium flame
  3. Dirty foams come on the top...Remove them
  4. Add boiled rice in boiling clear juice
  5. Keep stirring
  6. When becomes thick turn off the flame
  7. Add chopped dry fruits
  8. Serve hot in winters and chilled in summer
