This is a recipe of a delicious desert, made with custard, with the twist of bread balls in them.

Ingredients to make mango twist bread balls in custard

  • milk- 3 cup
  • Custard powder- 2 tsp
  • sugar- 3-4 tsp
  • cardmon powder- 1 tsp
  • ripe mango-1 small
  • some chopped almonds and raisins
  • bread- 4 pieces

How to make mango twist bread balls in custard

  1. boil 2-1/2 cup milk in a heavy bottomed pan then add sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
  2. meanwhile take custard powder in a small cup and add 2 tsp normaal milk and mix well. make sure it is free from any lumps. keep the flame low and add the custard paste to the milk, stir quickly. Now allow the custard to cool at room temperature.
  3. take the breads and cut the edges of the breads with a knife.
  4. cut the bread into square shapes
  5. in a bowl take some milk and dip bread pieces into it and squeeze it with your hands to remove excess milk
  6. chop one mango in small pieces.
  7. than after keep one mango piece and some chopped almonds and raisin on soaked bread piece and fold it to make a ball.
  8. the balls should look like this.
  9. put all the balls in custard and mix well.
  10. the bread balls should be soaked completely in the custard
  11. garnish with chopped almonds and serve chilled.
