Indian Street food, made with potatoes and chick peas.

Aaloochana Chaat

Ingredients to make Aaloochana Chaat

  • Boiled chick peas - 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes - 1
  • salt
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder or paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice [as required]
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped tomatoes - 1
  • green chillies chopped - 2
  • onion chopped - 1

How to make Aaloochana Chaat

  1. Cut boiled potatoes in dices
  2. Mix boiled chholey and boiled potatoes with all dry spices, lemon juice and chopped green chillies and tomatoes,onion.Toss well

My Tip:

Don't over boil potatoes.
