  5. Dry kashmiri red chilli...5
  6. Star anise...1

  8. Cinnamon stick...1"
  9. Black cardamom...1
  10. Cloves...5
  11. Turmeric powder...3tspn
  12. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  13. Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn
  14. Garam masala...1tspn
  15. Kasuri methi...1tspn

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP CURD, SALT, 3 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDERS TO 1 KG MUTTON, MARINATE FOR 4 HOURS
  2. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD ALL THE WHOLE SPICES & 8-10 GARLIC CLOVES
  3. ADD 3 CHOPPED ONIONS, 2 TOMATOES & 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE TILL SOFT, TAKE OFF HEAT
  4. ALLOW THE MASALA TO COOL, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND TILL SMOOTH
  5. FRY THE PASTE IN HOT OIL FOR A FEW SECONDS, ADD THE MARINATED MUTTON & ALL THE POWDERED SPICES
  6. MIX WELL & SAUTE
  7. ADD SOME HOT WATER, COVER & COOK ON LOW- MEDIUM HEAT TILL DONE
