This is a wonderful recipe of beet broccoli bites i serve these balls with rice,fried masala papad and curd.

Ingredients to make Rice with beet broccoli bites and papad

  • 1 cup grated broccoli
  • 1 cup grated beetroot
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup bread crumb
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • oil for frying
  • For rice---
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 ts jeera
  • 2 cloves
  • 6-7 whole peppercorn
  • 1 dry red chilli
  • 1 cup chop boiled potato
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • 2 tsp chop cashews
  • 2 tsp kishmis
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • salt as per taste
  • Papad for serving

How to make Rice with beet broccoli bites and papad

  1. TAKE RICE,GRATED BEETROOT AND BROCCOLI IN A BOWL AND ONION
  2. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER
  3. ADD GARLIC PASTE
  4. AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  5. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT HALDI
  6. AND GARAM MASALA
  7. MIX THEM
  8. ADD BREAD CRUMB
  9. MIX ALL AND KEE IN FREEZE FOR HALF AN HOUR
  10. NOW MAKE MEDIUM SIZE BALLS
  11. AND FRY THEM
  12. OUR BEET BROCCOLI BITES ARE READY
  13. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD WHOLE PEPPER2 CLOVES AND RED DRY CHILLI AND ONION
  14. SAUTE ONION AND ADD POTATO
  15. GREEN CHILLI
  16. AND SALT
  17. ADD BOILED RICE
  18. SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  19. CASHEWS AND KISHMIS
  20. LASTLY ADD PARSLEY
  21. TRANSFER RICE IN MOULD AND PRESS THEM
  22. NOW DEMOULD IN A PLATE
  23. SERVE WITH BEET BROCALLI BITES AND FRIED PAPAD
