Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Spinach - 500 gm
  2. Paneer - 150 gm
  3. Onion - 2 medium
  4. Tomato - 3 medium
  5. Tej patta - 1
  6. Cinnamon stick - 1
  7. ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli - 1/2 tsp
  10. Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  11. Sabji masala - 1 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
  14. Salt - as per taste
  15. sugar - 1/4 tsp
  16. Malai - 2 tbsp
  17. Water - 1 1/2 cup
  18. Oil - 2 tbsp
  19. Desi ghee - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. chop spinach and blanch, once cooled make a fine puree.
  2. puree tomatoes and onions
  3. heat a pan and add oil and Desi ghee, once hot add tej patta and cinemon stick into it.
  4. now add onion puree and saute for 1 minute, and add ginger garlic paste to it. Saute well until the paste looks medium brown.
  5. now add tomatoes and all the dry masala, except kasuri methi, cook till the oil separates.
  6. now add malai and keep stirring until dissolve well. Cook this on slow flame.
  7. now add spinach puree to it also add sugar now, and cook for 7 to 8 minutes and add paneer cubes into it.
  8. cook for 5 minutes and add roasted kasuri methi.
  9. serve hot and garnish with fresh cream.
