ADD 1/2 TEASPOON GRANULATED SUGAR
ADD 1 EGG,IF YOU WANT YOU CAN ADD 2 TABLESPOONS CURD OR 50 ML CONDENSED MILK INSTEAD OF EGG
BEAT IT PROPERLY
BEAT UNTIL A CREAMY MIXTURE IS FORMED
SEE THE CONSISTENCY OF BATTER
TAKE ANOTHER BOWL,ADD 3/4 CUP FLOUR OR MAIDA
ADD 3/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
MIX PROPERLY
MAKE A HOLE IN THE DRY BATTER THEN POUR LIQUID BATTER INTO IT
FOLD WITH SPATULA SLOWLY
FOLD IT UNTIL SMOOTH MIXTURE
TAKE A SAUCEPAN,ADD 1/4 CUP MILK
ADD 50 GRAMS BUTTER
ADD 1 TEASPOON VANILLA ESSENCE
HEAT THIS MILK MIXTURE ON LOW FLAME
HEAT IT ON MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL BUTTER MELTS COMPLETELY
YOUR MILK BUTTER MIXTURE IS READY
ADD THIS WARM MILK BUTTER MIXTURE INTO THE CAKE BATTER
FOLD IT SLOWLY WITH WOODEN SPATULA
SEE THE CONSISTENCY OF BATTER
POUR FEW DROPS VEGETABLE OIL INTO THE CAKE PAN
GREASE THE PAN WITH OIL PROPERLY
POUR THE BATTER AND TAP THE PAN
TAP THE PAN UNTIL ALL BUBBLES COME OUT
PLACE CAKE PAN IN MIDDLE WRACK OF OTG,BAKE AT 180 DEGREE C FOR 30 MINUTES
SEE THE CAKE AFTER 20 MINUTES
CUT THE CAKE
