This is my mom's best and sweetest sweet recipe and my fav too.

Mysore Pak

Ingredients to make Mysore Pak

  • Besan/gram flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Puree ghee - 1/2 cup (hot)
  • water - 2 tbsp

How to make Mysore Pak

  1. Fry besan on low heat for 2 mins.
  2. In the same pan add sugar and water
  3. Heat the sugar syrup on low heat. once it is melt
  4. Add Besan gently and stir constantly.
  5. Add ghee little by little
  6. Stir the mixture and until leaves the sides and comes together (like dough)
  7. in the meanwhile grease the ghee into plate. Once done transfer the mixture and flatten them
  8. after few mins cut into desired shape and serve.

Patience is more important
