My present residence uk,veg biryani is simply mouthwatering n onepot dish its very simple to make n mouthwatering in taste

Veg biryani

Ingredients to make Veg biryani

  • Basmati rice 1cup
  • cauliflower 1/2
  • Chopped potato 1
  • tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Beans4-5
  • peas n corn 1/2cup
  • salt 1tbsp
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • Black pepper,cloves, cinnamon stick
  • cardamom, cashew
  • oil 2spoon
  • water as needed
  • onion 1/2 chopped
  • Biryani masala-1tsp

How to make Veg biryani

  1. Wash n soak rice for 10min.
  2. Chopped veggie n let it half cooked keep aside.
  3. Now let the water boil n put cinnamon stick,elachi, cloves,n black pepper.
  4. Now add rice n let it half cooked
  5. Now take a pan put 1spoon oil jeera , onion n saute for 2 min.
  6. Now add veggie n cook 2-3min
  7. Add Biryani masala,degi mirch powder n tomato now cover with lid for 2min
  8. Now add rice with 1/2 cup water n let it cook Biryani in medium flame for 10min.
  9. Now serve hot with deep fry chopped onion.

My Tip:

Biryani try with deep fry sliced onions.
