About Latpat chicken curry Recipe

This recipe is very easy to make without any taking tension ,it's just made only few things and it's taste is great.... This recipe is my mother in law special recipe,.hope u all like it..

Latpat chicken curry

Ingredients to make Latpat chicken curry

  • chicken 5000grm
  • onions 4-5 piece
  • ginger garlic paste, 2big spoon
  • Tezpatta 2-3 leaves
  • Badi elaichi 2piece
  • Choti elaichi 2-3pieces
  • Laung 5-6 pieces
  • dalchini 1stick
  • dahi 1small cup
  • salt as per your taste
  • Lalmirch powder 2-3tbsp
  • dhania pwdr1-2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1tbsp
  • oil 1cup

How to make Latpat chicken curry

  1. heat oil in a kadahi.
  2. Add Tej Patta ,choti elaichi ,badi elaichi ,dalchini and laung
  3. Now add onions and fry till onions become translucent
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder ,salt ,dhania powder.
  5. Fry the masala 4 to 5 minutes continuously
  6. After fry the masala then add Dahi in the masala,and fry till oil become separate
  7. Now add chicken pieces and mix it very well in the masala
  8. Now add half cup of water in the masala and mix it after then cover the lid of the kadahi for 20 to 30 minutes
  9. check the chicken if chicken is cooked well then Sprinkle garam masala powder in the chicken and again cover the lid of the kadahi for 5 minutes
  10. Now latpat chicken curry is ready to eat serve it hot with roti or rice.

My Tip:

You can also garnish with Dhaniya Patti and Ginger julienne
