About Mango Lassi Recipe

We don't get the abundance of mangoes here and whatever we get here in california, don't taste as good as the farm grown mangoes back home but that doesn't stop me from making lassi almost every weekend with breakfast and what a wholesome smoothie it makes. Mangoes and organic yogurt go hand in hand.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients to make Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup diced fresh or frozen mangoes. You can use mango nectar or mango pulp as well
  • 1 cup honey Greek yogurt or regular Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Handful of pistachio, 1 cardamom

How to make Mango Lassi

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a blender. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately!
