Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg rice ravva
  2. 100 gms chana dol
  3. For chutney:::
  4. 1/4 kg kukumber
  5. 5 lol mirchi
  6. 1 tsp daniya seeds
  7. 1 tsp jera seeds
  8. 1 tsp Mustard seed
  9. 1/4 cup ghude
  10. 1/2 cup tamarind juice

Instructions

  1. Heat in bowl pour water like 1:2 ratio
  2. 1 cup ravva will absorb 2 cups of water
  3. Keep boiling add Fri chanadol ,salt,2 TSP oil
  4. Keep boil ,add ravva on to a bowl
  5. This entire bowl keep in pressure cooker close lid wait for 4 vissles..
  6. Take Chutney kukumber peal it,cut peices finely chopped like small peices it should suitable for this chutney
  7. This peices take in a separate bowl
  8. Put daniya seeds,jera, mustard,lol mirchi all those ingredients Fri as nicely
  9. These fried Dall transfer in to mixy jar ,add tamarind paste,ghude,salt,haldi
  10. Finely grind it by the last time separate cucumber peices is add onto this chutney
  11. Roughly grind it one more time ...
  12. This chutney transfer to a bowl garnish with onion slices
  13. Now for kudum::::open cooker lid take out to rice ravva batter add ghee 1 TSP mix up all these
  14. Take a small amount make kudum like round ball shape with the help of Ur hands
  15. Take a plate keep all kudum and cucumber chutney ..
