  • Whole chicken(with skin)- 1 (1 kg)
  • For chicken marination,
  • Hung curd- 2 tablespoon
  • Paprika powder- 1 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Rosemary- 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil- 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice- 1/4 of lemon
  • For rice stuffing,
  • Cooked Basmati rice- 1 bowl
  • onion(chopped)- 1 large
  • garlic(chopped)- 5 cloves
  • Green ciilli(chopped)- 3-4 pieces
  • chicken(minced)- 200 gram
  • raisins- 1 handful
  • Crushed peanuts- 1 tablespoon
  • cashew nuts(chopped)- 12-15 pieces
  • walnut (chopped)- 1 handful
  • olive oil- 1 tablespoon
  • butter- 1 cube
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper(crushed)- 1 teaspoon
  • lemon juice-1/4 of lemon
  • Dried Rosemary- 1 teaspoon
  • For Vegetables,
  • potato (peeled, cubes)-2 medium
  • carrots(peeled, cubes)- 1 medium
  • Cherry tomato- 10-12 pieces
  • onion(peeled, chunks)- 1 large
  • garlic(peeled)- 7 cloves
  • Orange juice- juice of 1 piece
  • lemon juice- 1/4 of a lemon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper (crushed)- 1 teaspoon
  • Droed Rosemary- 1/2 teaspoon
  • olive oil-1 tablespoon

How to make Rice Stuffed Whole Chicken Roast

  1. PAT DRY THE CHICKEN WITH KITCHEN TISSUE.
  2. PAPRIKA POWDER
  3. BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  4. DRIED ROSEMARY
  5. SALT TO TASTE
  6. HUNG CURD
  7. GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  8. OLIVE OIL
  9. SQUEEZE THE LEMON
  10. GIVE IT A GOOD MIX TO MAKE THE MARINADE
  11. MARINATE THE CHICKEN WELL
  12. MAKE POCKET UNDER THE SKIN AND PUT SOME MARINATION INTO IT.
  13. MARINATE THE CAVITY OF CHICKEN
  14. KEEP THE MARINATED CHICKEN IN FRIDGE FOR ATLEAST 2 HOURS.

  16. ADD BUTTER AND ALLOW IT TO MELT

  18. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES
  19. GREEN CHILLI
  20. NOW MAKE A SPACE IN MIDDLE AND ADD MINCED CHICKEN
  21. SEASON WITH SALT
  22. COVER AND ALLOW TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  23. ITS DONE NOW
  24. COOKED BASMATI RICE
  25. BLACK PEPPER
  26. DRIED ROSEMARY
  27. SALT TO TASTE
  28. PEANUTS
  29. ADD RAISINS
  30. ADD CHOPPED CASHEW NUTS
  31. ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS
  32. SQUEEZE THE LEMON
  33. MIX WELL EVERYTHING AND SWITCH OF THE FLAME
  34. TAKE POTATO IN A BAKING TRAY
  35. ADD CARROTS.

  39. SQUEEZE THE ORANGE
  40. SQUEEZE THE LEMON

  45. NOW MARONATE THE VEGGIES VERY WELL AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  46. NOW WE WILL STUFF THE CHICKEN CAVITY WITH FRIED RICE
  47. TIE THE LEGS OF THE CHICKEN SO THAT NO STUFFING CAN GO OUT
  48. MAKE A PLACE IN MIDDLE OF THE BAKING TRAY
  49. PLACE THE STUFFED CHICKEN IN THAT PLACE
  50. KEEP IT IN OVEN AND BAKE IT FOR 65 MINUTES
  51. ONCE DONE TAKE OUT THE CHICKEN FROM OVEN
  52. THEN COVER IT AND REST FOR 30 MINUTES
  53. AFTER THAT,INSERT A SKEWER IN THE LEG JOINT.IF CLEAR JUICE IS COMING OUT THEN IT IS PERFECTLY COOKED
