Ingredients to make Chicken 65 recipe

  • For chicken 65
  • lemon 1 no
  • salt
  • ginger garlic paste one tspn
  • cornflour two tspn
  • maida half spn
  • chilli pwdr 2 tspn
  • coriander pwdr 1 tspn
  • Garam masala 1/2 tspn
  • For Briyani
  • onion 2(big)
  • tomato(1 big)
  • Raw garam masala few
  • chilli pwdr 2 tspn
  • Dhaniya pwdr 1 tspn
  • Garam masala 1/2 tspn
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tspn
  • mint leaves few strands
  • coriander leaves few strands
  • Green chillies 4 no
  • curd 1 1/2 tpn
  • lemon 1
  • ghee2 tspn
  • Badham 5 to 8
  • oil
  • salt

How to make Chicken 65 recipe

  1. For chicken 65
  2. Take a bowl mix ginger garlic paste,lemon juice salt and marinate chicken and leave it in fridge for fifteen min.
  3. Then remove the excess water add Cornflour,chilli Pwdr,coriander pwdr,garam masala pwdr, salt, curry leaves salt mix all the ingredients with chicken and leave it for half an hour and deep fry in oil.
  4. For Briyani :
  5. Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour. Cut onion ,tomato,green chilli.
  6. Take a pan add oil and ghee put raw garam masala,add onions,fry till it becomes golden brown now add ginger and garlic Paste, now add badam paste, add green chilli,mint leaves and coriander leaves fry it add chilli pwdr,coriander past,garammasala pwdr,fry nicely add curd nd tomatoes and at last add lemon juice and salt.
  7. Now add measured water ( for 1 cup of rice I used 1'and a half cup water)once boiled add rice now allow it to cook ,once it is 90 percent done just add fried chicken and keep it in dum for five to eight min on dosa pan now switch of the gas stove ,decorate with mint and coriander leaves.
  8. Chicken 65 Briyani is ready.

My Tip:

Don't use too much of corn flour and maida for chicken 65 ,other wise it will become soggy when u add in briyani.
