About Tandoori Prawns Recipe

It's a tasty recipe made out of fresh homemade masala

Tandoori Prawns

Ingredients to make Tandoori Prawns

  • Fresh prawns 1/2 kg
  • One tbsp coriander powder
  • Half tbsp red chill powder
  • One tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Half spoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • Skewers immerse in water for half hour
  • oil for brushing

How to make Tandoori Prawns

  1. Clean the fresh prawns, remove shell and tail
  2. Now marinate the, cleaned prawns with all the Masala ingredients and leave it for two hours
  3. Now, take the skewers, which has already soaked in water for half, now insert the prawns smoothly as in the main pic
  4. Now, take a dosa pan, add oil, once hot..place the prawns skewers and rotate each side
  5. Brush with oil slightly for crispyness
  6. Cook in very low flame, as prawns cook easily, too much high flame, make the prawns chewy and hard
  7. Once the prawns turn golden brown switch off the flame

My Tip:

Fresh prawns, quite big, will be suitable.. No frozen prawns
