About Malai ki sabzi Recipe

This is a super easy gravy that is made with malai, to be served with roti or some pulao.

Malai ki sabzi

Ingredients to make Malai ki sabzi

  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1cup malai
  • 2tsp peas boiled
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tspHaldi
  • 1/4th tsp red chilli powder
  • Fresh coriander fr garnishing
  • 2tsp desi ghee

How to make Malai ki sabzi

  1. Saute onion till pink in ghee. Add peas and tomatoes. Cook till its mushy.add spices ans stir well.
  2. Once the masalas are cooked enough, then add malai. Mix well and then Garnish with fresh coriander. serve hot.

My Tip:

Peas are optional.
