ABOUT Tapioca Chips RECIPE

Chips using Tapioca, a perfect side dish for rice & dal.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Tapioca Medium size - 1
  2. Chilly Powder 1/2 spoon
  3. Salt To taste
  4. Oil To deep fry

Instructions

  1. Soak tapioca for 2 hours in water
  2. Peel the skin completely after 2 hours
  3. Cut into Jullienne strips
  4. Let it dry for 30 mins
  5. After 30 mins, deep fry it in batches
  6. Finally add salt and chilly powder and mix it evenly
