About Egg curry Recipe

My childhood favorite dish..always tasted best when my maa used to make it for me...miss mumma k haath ka khana..i have tried..hope you guys like it.

Egg curry

Ingredients to make Egg curry

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes finely chopped
  • 4tsp malai
  • salt to taste.
  • haldi 1/2tsp
  • 1/4th tsp red chilli powder
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing.
  • 3tsp desi ghee

How to make Egg curry

  1. In a pan,add ghee. Saute onions till pink.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy. Put all the 3 spices and malai together.
  3. Toss gently and switch off the flame otherwise malai will turn to ghee. Cut eggs in 2 halves .
  4. In a serving bowl,assemble the eggs and pour the curry over it. Garnish with fresh coriander
