About Paranthe Recipe

They are not usual stuff paranthas.since i am not dal lover,My mom used to knead them in the form of dough and make me eat..oops!

Ingredients to make Paranthe

  • 1bowl any leftover yellow dal
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1cup whole wheat flour
  • Salt,red chilli powder,amchur and sukha dhaniya to taste
  • ghee

How to make Paranthe

  1. Knead a nice dough using all the ingredients except ghee.
  2. Make a lachcha paratha or any shape paratha of your choice.
  3. Saute it with ghee. Apply some butter over it.
  4. Serve with curd or any pickle of your choice.
