It is my all time favorite.. My mom used to cook it everytime I came back home.. This is a sweet n spicy item which constantly remind me of her. Like every moms she is hard at times for our betterment and rest all the times she is the sweetest among all..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer ( cottage cheese) - two tsp
  2. Ajwain - tsp
  3. Oil - one small cup
  4. Kaju [cashew nuts] 150 gms
  5. Onion 2 no
  6. Black cardamom 3 to 4 no
  7. Green cardamom 3 to 4 no
  8. Clove - 3 to 4 no
  9. Cinnamon - 1 no
  10. Green chillies 3 to 4 no
  11. Curd - 3 tsp
  12. Cream - 2 tsp
  13. Garam masala-1 tsp
  14. Almonds - 3 to 4 no
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grilled stuffed also :- Grate paneer, add chopped capsicum, chopped cashew nuts, chopped kismis, then add some chilli flakes, salt and chat masala. Add a handful of coriander leaves,mix it well and keep it aside.
  2. Then scrap the inner contents of raw potato and making a cavity for stuffing.peel the potato and keep it aside.
  3. The stuff the potato with adequate freshly prepared stuffing and bake it in the presence heated oven for 20- 22 mins
  4. continue to roll the potato so that it gets cooked from all sides.for grilling effect put it for 5 mins in grill mode at 220 centigrade.
  5. Gravy:- Boil onions, cashew, cardamom, almonds, in one cup of water for 5 - 10 mins. Rest it for cooling, then grind it to a fine paste. Then take a pan put one tsp of oil, add black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, green chillies.
  6. Then add the paste and some water, bring it to boil .
  7. Add curd and bring to boil
  8. Add garam masala and cream.. Serve hot
