About Aam Ras Sheera Recipe

A twist in the mere form of sheera. Normally to use leftover aam ras.

Aam Ras Sheera

Ingredients to make Aam Ras Sheera

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 cups aam ras [mango pulp]
  • 3 tblsp ghee
  • sugar only if required
  • Some nuts
  • pinch of cardamom powder

How to make Aam Ras Sheera

  1. Take a pan and heat ghee in it
  2. Now add semolina and roast it on low flame, stirring continuously.
  3. When roasted properly, add aam ras to it and keep stirring.
  4. Add sugar only if the aam ras is not sweet enough
  5. Add cardamom powder and nuts and mix well
  6. Serve hot

My Tip:

You can add coconut shreds also if u like its taste, though I have not done so here.
