This is a delicious poha made with left over idlis.

Ingredients to make Left over idly poha

  • 7 leftover idly
  • 1 cup onion slices
  • 6 chili slices
  • 1 tsp chana dol
  • 1 tsp peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp mustard,jer,
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to make Left over idly poha

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Pour oil add chana dol, peanuts Fri as roasted
  3. Add onions, chillies,
  4. Mean while smash it leftover idly into plan
  5. This smash is add to tadaka,add salt, sugar
  6. Finally add lemon juice mix well
  7. Take a serving plate keep poha garnish with carrot, chilli
  8. Serve as hot

My Tip:

Lemon juice is optional if some people are not interested ...if u like u can
