About Stuffed capsicum Recipe

Another way of eating potatoes when the taste is merged with capsicum..nicely roasted on sim..yummy!

Stuffed capsicum

Ingredients to make Stuffed capsicum

  • 2 boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1 big capsicum
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Salt,haldi to taste
  • 1/3rd tsp amchur powder
  • Sukha dhaniya powder 1/2tsp
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • 5-6tsp mustard oil

How to make Stuffed capsicum

  1. Add salt ,amchur ,sukha dhaniya powder,chopped onions nd red chilli powder in mashed potatoes.
  2. Cut the cover of capsicum and scoop out everything from inside. Fill as much as you can potatoes in it but capsicum should not break.
  3. Fill it nicely and firmly. Now in kadai,add oil. Then put haldi and stuffed capsicum.
  4. If there are still left over mashed potatoes,add them too. Keep tossing gently until done. Serve hot with roti.
