  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • For grinding;
  • jeera/cumin - 2 tsp
  • Grated coconut - 5 tsp
  • Dry chilli - 7
  • coriander seeds - 1 tsp
  • onion - 1
  • For seasoning;
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Ural dhall - 1/2 tsp
  • jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry chilli - 1/2 tsp
  • hing - little
  • onion - 1/2
  • tomato - 1/2

  1. NOW I MAKE CHOW-CHOW MANGO ARACHUVITA SAMBAR SO HERE THE INGREDIENTS, FIRST WE NEED TO COOK DAL
  2. SEASONING AND GRINDED INGREDIENTS
  3. ADD THE VEGGIES AND SMALL AMOUNT OF TAMARIND WATER IN COOKER
  4. STEAM THE VEGGIES IN COOKER FOR 2 WHISTLES 5 MINS
  5. GRIND JEERA FIRST
  6. ADD ONION
  7. ADD CORIANDER SEEDS AND GRATED COCONUT
  8. GRIND THE COCONUT UNTIL SMOOTH
  9. ADD DRY CHILLI AND CORIANDER SEEDS GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  10. TAKE THE GRINDED INGREDIENT TRANSFER TO THE PLATE
  11. TAKE A CLAY POT ADD THE STEAMED DALL INTO THE POT
  12. ADD GRINDED MASALA INTO THE POT
  13. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  14. ADD BALANCED TAMARIND WATER
  15. NOW ADD THE STEAMED VEGGIES INTO THE POT
  16. COOK FOR 20 MINS
