About Chutney Bombs Recipe

This recipe I wanted to try when I had it at my friends place it was really yumm and very quick to make I was really happy with the outcome these can be made for starters, kitty parties breakfast and much more frido try this recipe

Chutney Bombs

Ingredients to make Chutney Bombs

  • 2Cups mashed potato
  • 1Cup soaked poha
  • 1/2Cup grated paneer
  • 1Tsp red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2Tsp roasted cummin seeds powder
  • 1/2 Tsp garam masala powder
  • oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs 1bowl
  • 2Tbsp all purpose flour
  • Little water for slurry
  • Method of chutney
  • 2Cups fresh corriander leaves
  • 3Green chillys
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 1/2Cup coconut grated
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • salt as per taste

How to make Chutney Bombs

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS BOILED & MASHED POTATOES, ADD 1 CUP SOAKED & DRAINED POHA
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 2-3 CRUSHED GREEN CHILLES
  4. 1 TSP EACH OF ROASTED CUMIN & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  5. MIX INTO A DOUGH
  6. THE DOUGH WILL BE A LITTLE HARDER THAN THE REGULAR ROTI DOUGH
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP FRESH CORIANDER, 2 GREEN CHILLIES TO A MIXER JAR
  8. ADD 4 GARLIC CLOVES, 2 TBSP GRATED FRESH COCONUT, SALT
  9. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, BLEND INTO A COARSE PASTE
  10. THE CONSISTENCY OF THE PASTE SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
  11. MIX 2 TBSP FLOUR WITH 1/2 CUP WATER TO MAKE A SMOOTH SLURRY
  12. TAKE SMALL BALL OF THE READY DOUGH, FLATTEN IT OUT, ADD 1TSP READY CHUTNEY PASTE IN THE MIDDLE
  13. BRING THE EDGES TOGETHER & SEAL
  14. DIP IN THE FLOUR SLURRY, COAT WITH BREADCRUMBS
  15. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  16. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  17. SERVE HOT, SEE HOW TEMPTING THE CHUTNEY FILLING LOOKS
