Yellow pumpkin 1
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milkmaid 2spoon
Dessicated coconut 1 spoon
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Pumpkin seeds 1spoon
Cooking chocolate 1
Unsalted butter 1 spoon

Instructions

First peel & grate the pumpkin
Now take a pan put butter let it melt now add grated pumpkin.
Let it cook for 15-20min now add milk , sugar n cardamom powder & dessicated coconut.
let it cook another 10 min now add milkmaid & cook 2-3min.
Let it cool & set in mould .
Meanwhile take a bowl with hot water n put upper side small bowl with cooking chocolate .
Let it melt & garnish the upper side of cake.
In middle I used rabdi,you can choose anything according to your flavour.
Decorate with cornflakes , gulab jamun. Your deshi cake is ready .
