About Dragon Chicken Recipe

This is a very famous dish in the Chinese cuisine . It is a lip smacking side dish .

Dragon Chicken

Ingredients to make Dragon Chicken

  • chicken boneless strips 1/2kg
  • For Marination
  • Corn flour 2tbsp
  • egg 1No
  • pepper Powder 1tsp
  • salt
  • Soy Sauce 1tsp
  • lemon juice 2tsp
  • For Sauteing
  • big onion 1no thinly sliced
  • capsicum 1cup
  • ginger garlic chopped 1tbsp
  • peanuts (1/2cup)
  • tomato Sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • red chilly paste
  • salt
  • sugar 1/2tsp

How to make Dragon Chicken

  1. First marinate the boneless chicken strips with the items under marination and marinate for fifteen mins .
  2. Then shallow fry the marinated chicken for about ten mins on medium flame and keep it aside .
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and dry red chilly and onions along with the peanuts .
  4. Then add in the capsicum and toss well in oil .
  5. Now add in the chopped ginger and garlic or even gg paste . Sauté for a min .
  6. Then add in the red chilly paste , dark soy sauce , tomato ketchup , red chilly paste salt and sugar .
  7. Sauté for a few seconds and add in 1/4cup water and stir for a min and add in the fried chicken pieces .
  8. Toss it well for a minuite and sw off the flame .

My Tip:

You can drizzle over a little honey if you prefer a little sweet taste to the dish .
