Easy and quick snack with very few ingredients

Sabudana Vada

Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 1/4 cup roasted and chopped peanuts
  • 3 potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 Strig of curry leaves, crushed
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Sabudana Vada

  1. Soak sabudana in enough water for 2 hours.
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil and mix.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Take mixture in your hand and make a ball or give a Cutlet shape, deep fry in a hot oil at low flame.
  4. Serve Sabudana vada with tomato sauce or any spicy dip of your choice
