Instant mango pickle

Ingredients to make Instant mango pickle

  • 2 medium sized raw mango diced
  • red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seed
  • 1 tsp hing
  • 1 spring curry leaves

How to make Instant mango pickle

  1. In a bowl add diced mango. Apply salt sugar turmeric powder and red chilli powder keep aside for 10 min
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves fenugreek seed and hing..
  3. Pour over the mango mix. Mix well.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
