Motichur ke laddu

Ingredients to make Motichur ke laddu

  • besan 250 gms
  • Orange colour a pinch
  • sugar 2 katori
  • Elachi powder 1 teaspoon
  • Desi ghee
  • melon seeds 2 tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to make Motichur ke laddu

  1. Strain Besan. Mix orange color and mix water and make flowing batter
  2. Heat oil in the wok
  3. Now take this type of spoon. Put batter and slowly let boondi flow out of it to make golden Boondi
  4. Now make sugar syrup. Add lemon juice and melon seeds
  5. Grind these boondis for a minute
  6. Put these boondis in sugar syrup
  7. Let it cool a little then make laddu. Add pistachios on it and serve it

My Tip:

Black elachi seeds can also be added
