Ingredients to make Rasgulla in paneer gravy

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • coriander leaves
  • 5 rasgulla soaked and removed syrup
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala

How to make Rasgulla in paneer gravy

  1. TAKE A MIXER ADD ONION,TOMATO
  2. GARLIC CLOVES,GREEN CHILLI
  3. AND GINGER PASTEADD CURD ALSO AND MAKE A PASTE
  4. PASTE IS READY
  5. HEAT GHEE ADD OIL
  6. ADD JEERA AND BAY LEAF
  7. ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE
  8. AND ROAST IT
  9. ADD HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER AND GARM MASALA AND ROAST SPICES
  10. ADD 1.5 CUP WATER AND LET GRAVY COOK
  11. NOW ADD GRATED PANEER
  12. AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. TRANSFER IT IN SERVING BOWL
  14. FOR TADKA HEAT GHEE
  15. WHEN GHEE HEATS ADD RED CHILLI POWDER
  16. AND TEMPER IT UPON GRAVY
  17. ADD RASGULLAS
  18. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  19. SERVE HOT I SERVED WITH MINI LACCHA PARANTHA
